I have been purchasing Fonio from RichSolFoods for at least the past 2 years. In my opinion, it is the best on the market. Each time I rinse it, I find it extremely clean and that is a serious positive for me. It is absolutely delicious and can be eaten in a variety of ways. I eat it at lease 5 days a week with vegetarian stews, fruits, as a porridge and use in smoothies. I have shared it with friends who are very pleased and intend to purchase from this business.

I use to like grits at one point in my life, but I prefer Fonio. I like how versatile it is as well. You can pair it with almost anything.
If you are not trying to keep your cooking temp at a certain point, I like to dry roast mine a little before adding my liquid.

Excellent product. It took some searching till I found ORGANIC fonio, but I've been very happy with it. I made flax and fonio crackers. Very easy and delicious. It's nice to have a grain that is gluten free and yet has the qualities of a gluten grain. I'll be reordering.

This is wonderful quality Fonio Grain and the customer service is great!
I continue to enjoy the Fonio Grain. I often make it as a porridge, but used it to make “sausage” Fonio patty cakes.
I added seasonings, including a sweet bay leaf to the fonio and cooked it 10 mins, until thick. I cooled it down some, formed patty cakes and then seared both sides in a hot cast iron pan.
I won’t bore you with my list of seasonings added.

Love the fonio and have mostly replaced oatmeal and rice with it. I especially appreciated it during my COVID bout because I wasn't really that hungry but wanted to eat. Fonio as a source of zinc, along with the Anamu and Soursop leaves were part of my regime. Also, my iron levels were shown to be low in Oct 2021 and I got retested in Jan 22 and my levels were good (I also added St John's Bush tea and herbal iron and sea moss pills). Very pleased and grateful!

So the first time I made Fonio, I was surprised how quick it was ready. The taste puts me in the mind of Farina. I added dates almond milk and agave. BAM !!! First and foremost many thanks to Aleem Pierre for shipping to my APO AE address!!! I wanted to try the Fonio because I heard so many good things. I used the Fonio grain in place of rice in this picture. I seasoned the salmon with garlic powder, smoked paprika and sea salt. I made it in my air fryer. Then I sautéed red onions, mushrooms and zucchini with some garlic herb butter. I added some chopped cilantro and some capers. It was soo good!! Thank you again Akeem Pierre I will be ordering again! I have also made the Fonio in the morning as porridge and added cinnamon and honey .
