Where do your products come from?

All of our products except for Fonio comes from the little lush Island of Saint Lucia. We personally Wild Harvest all of our products from the highest quality locations around the island to ensure the most potent and clean product possible. We source out Fonio from one of the leaders in African based nutrition, Farafena.

How Much Seamoss can I use?

You can never get too much seamoss! Feel free to use it as much as you would like in your recipes.

If you're just getting started, 1-3 heaping Tablespoons is a good way to begin.

What can I do with the seamoss gel?

The possibilities are endless! Seamoss can be added to almost any recipe to add a boost of minerals as well as add a smooth creamy texture.

How long does the seamoss last?

We recommend keeping your seamoss gel for a maximum of 3 weeks after it is made. It is best to store in the fridge in a glass jar.

Please contact us at love@akeempierre.com with any concerns you may have regarding your order. We guarantee the arrival of every package and will send a replacement if a package is lost in transit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship worldwide. To find out shipping costs you can input your address during checkout and it will let you know!

How long does it take to ship?

We ship our orders out on Mondays and Thursdays. For orders placed on Thursday, your order will be shipped the following Monday. In the event we receive a lot of order we will add more shipping days to meet the demand. Once your order is shipped you will be notified via the contact method you selected when you checked out (email or SMS.) We will also send out your tracking information if you selected a trackable shipping option.

Can I track my package?

If you Select 'Small packet air' shipping method you will not receive a tracking number and therefore be unable to track your order. If you require tracking we highly suggest you select a trackable option such as 'Tracked packet', 'Expedited parcel', or 'Xpresspost' options.
