How to prepare and full joy:

One tablespoon of the dried leaf can be used in 1 cup of hot water and steeped for 5, 7, 9, or 13 minutes in a sealed or covered container, depending on your desired potency.

Can also be consumed as a cool tea by allowing it to cool overnight and drink in the rising.

I purchased this tea about a month ago. Before that, I had found this in a local store but the bag was full of sticks. The crushed leaves of the package sent to me were much better.
